FMANZ
Facility management is a rapidly growing industry that offers many opportunities to those working within the sector. The Facilities Management Association of NZ is a relatively new organisation with a strong membership base that plays an important role in the future development of the profession.
Inspiration Point facilitated the development of their 3-year strategic plan working with the CEO, executive team and board.
Research within the member base initiated the strategic planning process and the key findings used to inform the stakeholder workshops that followed. The consultation process continued throughout the strategic development process providing key stakeholders with a number of opportunities to contribute to the plan.
The final document includes updated Vision, Mission and Values; strategic theme, strategic initiatives and actions and is available to all members on the website.
Inspiration Point led the planning and delivery of the FMANZ’s 5 year strategic plan, translating the raw material from our workshops into a clear purpose and values. The outcomes and strategic initiatives provided real effectiveness to the final plan and augmented its implementation.
