Vitae
A merger between two of New Zealand’s leading employment assistance providers, Workplace Support and Seed created a new market leader and new opportunities to improve workplace wellness for NZ business.
Inspiration Point created a new brand and marketing strategy that displays the new organisation’s proactive and professional approach to workplace wellness and recognised the need for work/life balance for employees.
Initial research followed by segmentation, positioning and reshaping of the product portfolio set the marketing direction. The resulting marketing plan provided the roadmap to establish market leadership with the newly created brand and strategy.
The new brand name, Vitae, means ‘life’, a unique name among competitors and one that reflects the philosophy at the heart of the new organisation – that ‘when life works better, business works better’.
The launch of the new brand was a case in point; with a clear marketing mandate, brand point of difference and value propositions including customised packages for SMEs and not-for-profit segments, business did work better.
