101 Ways to Live Wisely and Well

Lifewise knows first hand how quickly people’s circumstances can change – from being well to unwell, housed to homeless, financially stable to financially vulnerable.

101 Ways to Live Wisely and Well is a social marketing campaign developed by Inspiration Point that educates people on the importance of looking after themselves and others and encourages engagement with Lifewise through sharing ideas of their own. From starting a walking school bus to thinking about fostering a child to saying hello to a neighbour, the 101 Ways are reminders of the importance of protecting the wellbeing of our family, community, society and future.

The campaign has been a huge success. Initially launched as a poster that could be placed on the kitchen fridge the campaign developed to encourage the sharing of tips that were published as a second edition of the poster the following year.
